2024 Year End Tax Statements are now available online. You can access them online 24/7 in the Borrower and Lender Portals. After signing in, you will find your statements under the documents tab. If you need to request access to your online account, please contact our office directly. Statements have also been mailed out to all customers.
Please be advised, due to our software transition in 2024, you will receive two (2) separate 1099 or 1098 tax statements.
Lenders: 1099 statements printed in our new system will be a combined total of your portfolio. Please utilize the online Lender Portal to calculate individual account interest.
